Encinitas residents can call the Clean Harbors hotline (800-444-4244) to arrange for home pickup of household hazardous waste.

Encinitas residents can also visit one of North County's Regional Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection facilities to properly dispose of toxic products, including: CRTs, paint, pesticides, pool chemicals, automotive fluids, solvents and chemical fertilizers.
