Dispose of Your Household Hazardous Waste the Right Way!

Park Waste & Recycling makes disposing of your e-waste, u-waste, sharps and pharmaceuticals curbside easy at no additional charge! Here’s how:

E-Waste & U-Waste Recycling Collection
Electronic and universal waste recycling collection service is available. E-waste items include, but are not limited to, televisions, computer monitors and portable computers, microwave ovens, small desk top machines, cellular telephones and other similar items. U-waste items include, fluorescent tubes, compact fluorescent lamps, household batteries and mercury-containing thermometers and thermostats. Residents do not need to be home for pick up. Please contact our office to schedule a curbside pick-up or for more information.

Sharps Collection
We will provide curbside collection of sharps generated from self-treatment. You will be able to dispose of up to two gallons of sharps in a sealed hard clear plastic container (provided by resident) and placed in a clear plastic bag. Residents do not need to be home for pick up. Please contact our office to schedule a curbside pick-up or for more information.

Pharmaceutical Collection
We will provide curbside collection of loose non-controlled pharmaceutical medicines. You will be able to dispose of up to one quart-sized reclosable plastic storage bag per collection. Only loose non-controlled pills and capsules removed from all packaging will be accepted. Bottles or liquids will not be accepted. Residents must be home for pick up.
